My mission is to guide athletes of all levels to meet their athletic goals while living a busy life. Your dreams become my dreams.
My Approach
I provide comprehensive coaching for multi-sport athletes and runners. Success in sport is always multi-factorial. I encompass all aspects inlcuding the actual day-to-day training, fueling and nutrition, the mental game, and making sure you're having fun!

A little about me...
Coaching is my passion! I have been coaching athletes from beginners to veterans, from their first triathlon to the World Championships since 2019. I am located in Duluth, MN and have been racing triathlon since 2018. 2024 will be my first year racing at the professional level. I am a wife, mom of three and a physical therapist as well.
